Abstract Submission

Abstracts are invited for original research in all areas of heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis. The scope of the meeting includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Biomass Conversion for Chemical Production
  • Biomass Conversion for Fuel Production
  • Conversion of Fossil Resources for Chemical Production
  • Conversion of Fossil Resources for Fuel Production
  • Catalyst Characterization
  • Catalyst Design and Synthesis
  • Modeling and Simulation of Catalysis
  • Environmental Catalysis
  • Fundamentals of Catalysis
  • Photocatalysis and Electrocatalysis
  • Reaction Engineering
  • Catalysis for Fine Chemicals
  • Catalysis with Molecular Complexes

Decisions on abstract submissions will be announced before the end of March 2019. Each accepted abstract must have a presenter registered for the event no later than May 2, 2019. Failing to do so will result the abstract being removed from the program.

Kokes Travel Awards

Richard J. Kokes Student Travel Awards will provide financial assistance to a limited number of eligible full-time students actively engaged in a relevant field of research. To be eligible, you must be a graduate student at an institution in North America.

To apply for a Kokes Student Travel Award, you must first submit an abstract. On the abstract submission page, users will be asked if they would like to be considered for the award.
